This is an Armed Forces 1939 Black Wound Badge, Third Class (Verwundetenabzeichen 1939 in Schwarz). This is the 1939 pattern, die stamped, tombac construction, hollow backed badge with a black wash. The badge is in the form of an embossed, vertically oval, laurel leaf wreath encompassing an embossed profile of an M35 pattern helmet with a high relief, canted, swastika to the center, superimposed over crossed swords on a pebbled base field. Complete with original hinge, pin and catch assembly. This badge is mid war and retains almost all of its' black wash. The reverse is unmarked as to maker. Badge is in outstanding, near mint condition.

This is a Heer Infantry Assault Badge in Silver (Panzerkampfabzeichen in Silber - R. Souval, Feinzink). Constructed of silvered zinc, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, surrounding a central Panzer IV rolling over grassy terrain, with its left tread extending beyond the edge of the wreath, the reverse with a crimped hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, maker marked "R.S." with the wide-version logo of Rudolf Souval, Vienna, measuring 41.96 mm (w) x 60.13 mm (h), weighing 29.2 grams, demonstrating period replacement of the catch, in near extremely fine condition.

This is a mid war solid zinc Infantry Assault Badge in Silver and a rare badge believed to have been produced by "Frank und Reif, Stuttgart." This badge has had little wear and is extremely clean. The reverse is unmarked, and overall, the badge is in near mint condition. It would be hard to find a cleaner one than this one!

This is a Heer Infantry Assault Badge in Silver (Heer Infanteriesturmabzeichen in Silber). This is a mid war solid zinc Infantry Assault Badge in Silver and considered to be an unmarked "Wiedmann" badge. This badge has been well used with the hinge having been resoldered. The reverse is unmarked. The hinge works correctly with the lower hook. There are clear signs of combat wear and finish loss, but otherwise in good original condition.

This is a Wehrmacht Heer Infantry Assault Badge in Silver (Heer Infanteriesturmabzeichen in Silber). This is a mid to late war solid zinc Infantry Assault Badge in Silver. The reverse is well marked with the embossed, stylized, overlapping manufacturer's initials, "R.S.S." indicating manufacture by "Richard Simm und Sohne, Gablonz." The ball hinge works correctly with the lower hook. There are clear traces of wear and finish loss, but otherwise in undamaged original condition. Great mid to late war badge!

This is a Wehrmacht Heer Infantry Assault Badge in Silver (Infanteriesturmabzeichen in Silber). This is a mid-war solid zinc Infantry Assault Badge in Silver. It is constructed of silvered fine zinc, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, diagonally across the badge is a Karabiner 98k rifle with the bayonet attached and the carrying sling hanging from the rifle. The reverse with a raised barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a somewhat deformed wire catch. The reverse is unmarked, but is the so-called "Shuco Design." The badge measures 47 mm (w) by 62 mm (h) and weighs 25 grams. Overall in wonderful condition with a nice amount

This is a Wehrmacht Heer General Assault Badge (Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen Feinzink versilber). It is die struck, solid backed, fine zinc construction award with a silver finish. The nicely detailed badge features a cutout, high relief Wehrmacht styled eagle with down-swept wings positioned above a crossed bayonet and stick grenade, and encompassed by an embossed, vertically oval, oak-leaf wreath. The reverse is complete with ball pin and catch assembly. No maker mark, but safely attributed to the Gablonz-based maker "Rudolf Karneth." Overall, a great badge to be displayed.
