A nice well used example likely from a early or pre- war helmet. Minor age, but not fragile or damaged. Just moderate genuine age and use. This would clean to full excellent, and lighten up in color, as there is lanolin on the surfaces. It appears to be maker marked but my old eyes cannot make it out .

A rare type. This M-35 double decal was brought in and serviced for wartime use after France. It received a thick matte field grey repaint and the national colors shield was also separately carefully concealed at a later time. Just a couple very minor chips to the eagle decal, which rates about 97% condition. The shell size is a 60 and the chinstrap is well marked. The liner is also in almost mint condition. An exceptional example of this type. You will wait years to find another in this condition, with all the features undamaged.

The helmet is flanked by two sets of seven ventilation holes, and four flat-headed liner retaining rivets. I am selling Genuine German WW2 Stahlhelm M42 SS Helmet in Good Condition. Nearly 100% paint on the helmet. Liner is completed with chinstrap. A chinstrap has marking. On the metal shell are two markings FF66 (probably should be EF66 but not everytime in the end of war was everything correct, I think a tool to make mark EF66 was a little broken) second marking - batch number is 1748. Chin strap is stamped: 0/0917/0029. Rivets are stamped FWW. Liner size is 58, metal shell size 66. Metal part of the liner is stamped 1944. Look closely, this is a very subdued 3 color camouflage job. Minor handling wear but excellent overall. This is a top quality investment grade helmet. The great condition original liner assembly has all tongues, string and its complete chinstrap intact. This helmet is an NS64, heat lot number 1546. The rough texture schiefergrau factory finish, and NS Heer eagle decal are covered by camouflage tans and greens. As you can see this M-35 was upgraded around the Battle of France and when issued was a combat finish single over the original parade green double. For and 80 year old war helmet, it is as fine as anybody could reasonably expect to find.

The inner helmet metal was very dusty which was cleaned with a damp rag.. This piece origin was bought overseas no other history or provenance is known. There is some type of manufacturer number reverse backside upper lip of helmet. The helmet size is for a very small soldier.

Finished in a dark, combat green hue that remains 85% intact. The decal is a post war replica that displays well (keep it or remove it). The interior shows minor discoloration and moderate wear from use. There is heavy scuffing throughout and a small repair as well. It is stamped by the maker Heisler, indicating the size of both the liner (54) and the shell (66). Seen between the aluminum liner band and the liner itself are the seven charcoal foam pads; the entire assembly is attached to the shell via four early style spanner bolts. The harness shows some wear from use as well but remains fully intact. The buckle is wartime example. The shell stamped on the side of the interior ET 66 indicating it was made by Eisenhuttenwerke of Thale, who was the exclusive producer of Paratrooper helmets during the entire war. The rear of the skirt is stamped with the production lot number 5082. Nice example. 7 day inspection period. Personal checks must clear before shipping.

This is the Luftschutz M38 "Gladiator" Helmet (Reichsluftschutzbund (RLB) Stahlhelm fur einen Angehorigen der Fabrikwache). It is constructed in three pieces, stamped, sheet steel helmet which retains most of its original, smooth, dark satin blue paint. The front center of the helmet has a Luftschutz emblem decal with about 85% remaining (there is some loss of the bottom section of the swastika). The black detailed, silver decal features stylized spread wings with a central oak-leaf sprig and a canted swastika positioned below a scripted banner, "Luftschutz." The helmet has two groups of seven "salt & pepper" ventilation holes to either side of the crown. All three

WW2 German Camo Helmet M40, EF 66 but it's hard to make out the markings due to some wear and surface rust. The batch number looks to be 486 and the chin strap has an RBN number but only part of it is visible. The liner is all there but fragile, missing a tip of one of the leather fingers and the draw string is missing. The exterior retains an unusual 3 shades of medium to dark green painted finish, (probably field painted). It may have been applied post manufactured period. Overall the helmet makes a nice display.
