Mounted SA Award: A small sub-group of the SA, probably of members who served in the cavalry in WW1. They trained young members of the NSRK (National Socialist Rider Corps) )to qualify for mounted service in the Army and SS. This possibly was an award only given to officer's and rich members who loaned their horses and stables for weekend training. Very little is known about it. Cast iron, magnetic, black brennlach finish, 11x12 cm, (approx 4.75 inches), 440 gm (.98 lbs), reverse reads: "Fur verdienste um die wehrhafte ertuchtigung der Deutschen reiter jugend" - (For faithful service on the pre-military training of young German riders - A Hitler), made by large firm of Carl Poellath, scarce, huge-heavy-impressive, virtually mint condition.

NSDAP Political Finial (Poletop) This is an excellent example with a nickel silver finish that is lightly toned and remains intact. The black finish to the swastika is mostly intact. There is a boss on the base of the receptacle for mounting on a pole. The base of the receptacle shows the correct RZM acceptance stamp and maker code. An excellent example !

I am offering to you this Nazi High Justice Official Buckle, Type 2, 1937-1945 (Gurtelschnalle hoher Gerechtigkeit). This is the EXACT SAME buckle as pictured in Bob Evan's book "Third Reich Belt Buckles," page 31. I was fortunate enough to secure this buckle on eBay when Bob decided to liquidate his collection. The surface is a rough texture not smooth. Very heavy substantial piece. Prominent outside facade of a building or interior of a structure. Has a very weathered down appearance thinking outside. About an inch thick very breakable if not handled well. Structurely a very sound artifact from Nazi Germany. A styrofoam box was fabricated to protect it if stored. It is made of white porcelian. The obverse of the circular badge displays a woman with long flowing hair, holding a swaddled child in her arms. This is surrounded by "Reichs Mutter Dienst im Deutschen Frauenwerk, Muttertag 1935" (Empire Mother Service in the German Woman Work, Mother's Day 1935). The reverse pin works fine and is marked "37" which I'm assuming is the maker mark for "Adold Baumeister, Ludenscheid." This is a large brooch measuring 1.5 inches (38 mm) wide. The oval has a dark green enamel center, and, against this same green background, "Reichsbund" (National-league) arches above the eagle, and, in two rows, "Deutscher Kleingartner" (German small-gardener) similarly arches beneath. It is constructed of die stamped steel base that has been silver washed. The round shaped obverse depicts two medieval Saxon crossed horses heads with a swastika pin directly in between them. Encircling the obverse reads "Gautag 1935 Hannover 28-30.VI. . Sud Hannover Braunschweig". There is some early tarnishing and wear to the obverse. The hollow back reverse has a well working, horizontally soldered-on pin assembly. It measures approximately 1 3/4 inches (4.45 cm) in diameter. This special fire-gilded and orange-colored enameled round (28.4 mm) badge commemorating singers in Gau Kurhessen-Kassel. Around the outside of the badge are these words "100 JAHRFEIER, SANGER GAU KURHESSEN-KASSEL." There are two small swastikas that breakup the script.
