This is the much harder to find Die Saar than the common ones and the quality is much better. It is made out of a nice solid piece of brass. The reverse is maker marked (GLASER & SOHN., DRESDEN). The badge depicts an Albert Leo Schlageter memorial in the shape of a cross with the text "SCHLAGETER" to its base. Behind the memorial is a canted swastika in the clutch of a stylized political eagle. The embossed text reads, "28.5.1933, Dusseldorf." It is complete with pin back device.
