Box has "cradles" to lay the entire dagger in....Box interior shows age and light soiling which could stand a good vacuum / cleaning. Box shows not only a large closed wing eagle but also has 4 m-29 SA eagles on corners.... Reminds me of the early M-29 Eagle podium banner type. Box also has 2 inlaid SA rune buttons to each side of Adler.... Box does show its age and some age to top etc but no serious abuse....80 years old..! Dagger is all hand chased to front and back on hilt and scabbard fittings....Top of pommel nut is also engraved with Oak leaves....ask for pic. All screws intact. Scabbard is a early bird being Anodized with 100% brown finish and at least 80% original factory lacquer .....showing some scattered wear to lacquer
